Who we are
The controller of your details is CHEERFULRENT LIMITED (company no. 16575846, ICO registration ZC232870), Flat 62 Broadfield, Broadhurst Gardens, London NW6 3BN. Cheerfulcollect is a service in development by CHEERFULRENT LIMITED. Contact: admin@cheerfulrent.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- If you give it, your postcode district (for example NW6). We never store a full postcode.
- If you give it, the month you think you might need us.
- Whether you ticked the box for updates and offers.
- Which page or advert brought you here (campaign tags only), so we know what works.
We do not ask for your name, phone number or address.
Why we use it
To email you once when collections open in your area. If you ticked the updates box, we may also send occasional updates and offers from Cheerfulcollect. We ask you to confirm your email first, so nobody can sign you up without your agreement. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Kept separate from Cheerfulrent
Your waitlist details are stored separately from Cheerfulrent's customer records, are never combined with them, and are never used for Cheerfulrent marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after you join if we have not launched in your area by then. Then we delete it.
Who processes it for us
Google Firebase (storage) and Resend (sending the emails), under contracts that only let them act on our instructions.
Cookies
The waitlist works without cookies. If optional analytics are ever switched on, we will ask first with a banner, and nothing optional loads unless you accept. Cookies are set only on collect.cheerfulrent.com.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing admin@cheerfulrent.com, or remove yourself with the link in any email from us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
